I plan to have an iPhone app, but it won’t be anytime soon. Expect it in 2010.

Add support for twitter API compatible services (identi.ca, present.ly, etc.)
There are several services (identi.ca, present.ly) and software packages (laconi.ca, present.ly) that can be interacted with using the same API as twitter. Many twitter clients offer the ability to specify one of these services by API URL when adding a new account.

Options for different types of notifications (sound, popup, etc) based on groups, ala TweetDeck
Tweetdeck lets you customize your notifications so some groups give you a sound and a popup, some give just a popup, some nothing at all

I’ll be starting a prerelease testing signup within the next couple weeks. Since 2.0 is a complete rewrite, the prerelease won’t have all of the current features right away, but they will be built in eventually for the public release.

Missing text-insertion cursor
I'm running destroy twitter in Windows 7 64bit and there is no blinking insertion point cursor making it hard to edit text, any ideas?

Make the new Tweet button send a new message when in Messages view
It would be nice to modify the behavior of the new tweet button when in Messages view, instead of having to find a user, click on their profile and then message.

Add j/k previous and next key shortcuts.
These are widely recognized navigation keys (see slashdot, google reader, text editors, brizzly, hundreds of other examples). They would be great for those who use them constantly.

fix the missing cursor issue on Win XP.
On Win XP, there is no visible cursor. Makes it a challenge to edit tweets.

Support the new moby.to that replaced mobypicture.com
They've implemented a shorter url for pictures (and more): moby.to
